Donation Information and Year Group Responsibilities
Donation Containers will be open to accept donations between
10am and 12pm and 2pm and 4pm on the following days:
Saturday 7th October and Sunday 8th October
Saturday 14th October and Sunday 15th October
Saturday 21st October and Sunday 22nd October
Saturday 28th October and Sunday 29th October
The Parent & Friends Committee will be onsite to accept the donations.
We kindly ask that you do not leave items unattended at the containers.

Donations for White Elephant
Toys, crockery, small furniture items.
Please no broken or stained items, electrical items, mattresses, children’s car seats or computer monitors/hardware.
Donations for Second Hand Clothing
Quality clothing is appreciated please. No under garments.
Donations for Second Hand Books
Pre-loved books of all genres welcome.
Donations for Lob-a-Choc Game
We would be grateful to families to bring in one block or bar of chocolate to put towards the Lob-a-Choc game! Chocolate donations can be left at the front desk of the

Kindergarten Parents have received advice via Nexus on their class donations.

Due to the number of donations needed we have two-year groups allocated to this stall.
Fairy Floss Stall - Year 6

Indian Food Stall - Year 9
Plant Stall - Year 10
There are a number of donations required for the plant stall. We encourage all families to donate veggie and herb seedlings, potted colour succulents, mixed shrubs, bulbs, tubers & indoor plants.
Devonshire Tea - Year 11
Beer Garden - Year 12
(The year allocations are to help the Fete committee get the number of volunteers required for the stalls,
if you wish to sign up for another stall that is of interest to you, please do so!)
