Donation Information
Volunteers from the Parent & Friends Committee will be onsite to accept the donations between
10am and 12pm and 2pm and 4pm on the following days:
Saturday 19 October and Sunday 20 October.
We kindly ask that you do not leave items unattended at the containers.
Donations for Second Hand Clothing
Quality clothing is appreciated please. No under garments.
Donations for Second Hand Uniforms
Good quality uniform are appreciated please and these can be donated in the black donation bin outside the Uniform Shops in the PAC carpark any time before fete day.
Donations for Second Hand Books and Games
Pre-loved books of all genres welcome.
We will also be accepting complete sets of board games and puzzles.
Donations for Lob-a-Choc Game
We would be grateful to families to bring in one block or bar of chocolate to put towards the Lob-a-Choc game! Chocolate donations can be left at the Morison Centre or Junior School Reception areas.
Note: We will not be having a White Elephant stall this year.
Donations to the Plant Stall
All donations to be dropped off outside T.B. Millar Hall on 1 November.
Herbs: Thyme, Oregano, Parsley, Chives, Sage, Rosemary, Mint, Bay.
To plant in early Spring: basil, coriander and chilli plants.
Vegetables: The veggies are very popular on fete day, and we would love the opportunity to increase the range in 2024 with: Tomatoes of mixed varieties; Zucchini; Cucumbers; Beans; Pumpkins; Eggplant; Capsicum; Squash; Rhubarb; Snow peas; Silverbeet.
If you start growing vegetables from seed stock in Winter, you will be able to have them grow to a saleable size by Fete Day. Alternatively, you can divide seedling trays in late Winter / early Spring and pot them into bigger pots for increased size by Fete Day.
Plants that can be divided successfully from Canberra gardens include: Agapanthus; Liriope; Bearded Iris; Lomandra; Erigeron; Brachycome; Xerochrysum; Festuca; Ajuga; Convolvulus; Myoporum.
Junior School plans to propagate the following in the ELC glasshouse: Camellias; Rhododendrons; Hydrangeas; Fatsias; Aucubas.
